licenses and digital services from third-party providers (including but not
limited to Adobe, Microsoft, Canva, Zoom, Autodesk, Envato, and Freepik).
- Not a Developer: We do not develop, own, or engineer any
of the software products listed on the Website.
- Value-Added Services: Our services are limited to license procurement,
subscription access facilitation, account setup guidance, deployment/onboarding assistance,
and basic renewal support.
3. Inquiry-Based Model & Formation of Contract
Unlike traditional digital storefronts, this Website does not
feature a direct automated checkout or payment gateway.
- Invitation to Offer: The display of software tools, descriptions, and
estimated pricing on this Website does not constitute a legal offer. It is
strictly an "invitation to offer" under Indian law.

- Goods and Services Tax (GST): All payments, invoices, and
transactions are subject to the applicable provisions of the Central Goods
and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST), Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
(IGST), and relevant State GST laws. Applicable GST will be clearly
itemized on the final invoice provided by our team.
- Payment Channels: Payments must be made strictly through the
official secure channels provided by our team during the manual procurement
process. We are not responsible for any losses arising from payments made
to unauthorized accounts or third parties claiming to represent us.
5. Third-Party Software and End-User License Agreements (EULA)
- Compliance with Provider Terms: When we procure a license or subscription
on your behalf, your right to use that software is strictly governed by the
respective software developer's End-User License Agreement (EULA) or
Terms of Service (e.g., Adobe's Terms of Use, Microsoft's Services
Agreement). You are solely responsible for reviewing and adhering
to those external terms.
- Account Misuse: Any violation of a third-party provider's terms (such as
account sharing, piracy, or unauthorized commercial distribution) that
results in the suspension or termination of your license is your sole
responsibility. We will not be liable for account closures
caused by user policy violations.
